About

My name is Sasha Hall, I am a student at the University of Wollongong, studying a Bachelor of Communications and Media. I am majoring in Global Media and communications, and minoring in Social Policy. I’m working as much as I can in a restaurant called Harbour Front, saving as best as I can to pay for Africa and Spain at the end of 2017. My goal, as of the moment, is to work in an organisation where I can facilitate volunteer programs in under developed countries.

me and kirstie

I am from a small town in the Central West called Orange, I graduated from Kinross Wolaroi School in 2013. In my gap year I worked in a small boutique law firm called Rickard’s Whiteley as an assistant and various hospitality jobs. I then travelled to Borneo and worked with Orangutan’s for a few weeks before flying to Fiji and getting my Padi certified scuba diving license. I came home after that and got more work at a fridge factory called Electrolux where I made fridges up until coming to uni.

me and mum

At home I have two small dogs; of whom my mother loves unconditionally, and two horses (who I think my mum loves more than me). My brother still lives at home and my dad lives in Papua New Guinea where we works as a Pilot.

All I really know about myself is that I simply stumble through life and sometimes I come out of it with a really great experience (and if I’m lucky a good grade), otherwise I learn from the mistakes I made. I can’t wait to see where I am going, and I’m just really enjoying the journey right now.
